Payment needs to be made at least 24 hours before the starting of the lesson. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the lesson will be presumed cancelled unless I receive further contact.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Payments for cancelled lessons will be applied to the next session with the minimum notice. If the lesson is not cancelled before said 24 hours, the payment will not be carried over.

If a student is late, the lesson will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. A delay of over 10 minutes will be considered a missed lesson and will not be compensated.

For all student lessons, an adult needs to be present for supervision. 

Students should maintain short nails for effectiveness and have access to a guitar and a tuner, either a physical device or a free app. You will also need access to a working webcam, microphone and steady internet connection.

All lessons are remotely recorded, and all video and audio are held for a minimum of 3 months. All recorded video and audio is kept securely and confidentially, and will not be shared.
